    I am facing issue with a course. Where do I go for help?
    If you do not see the solution to your problem please click the support link at bottom. Please provide us with us much detail as possible when reporting a problem. The name of the course and session title is essential. If you would like to send us attachments such as screenshots please use the FAQ tab or email our Technical Support department @ support@uttaracomputers.com. Our Technical Support staff will issue a confirmation email that your message was received. The online library is intended to be learning at your own pace and we do not have teachers on site to answer specific questions about the course or to assist members with their learning. Our Customer Service and Technical Support teams are unable to assist with program troubleshooting, individual projects, or research. You may use the forum to ask questions about any question that you have.
    I don’t see the training I’m looking for. Can I send a request for training to be added?
    Here's how to send us a new course request:
    1. Select the Support menu, located at the bottom of the page.
    2. Select Contact us.
    3. Please fill in your contact information, a subject message, and your request.
    4. Type the characters in captcha (so we know you aren't a robot).
    5. Click send.
    The videos will not play. How can I get them to play?
    Most issues are solved by clearing your web browser's cache and cookies or logging out and logging back in. It may be easiest to switch to an alternate player by holding your cursor over your name at the top right of the page and selecting site preferences. Below are additional trouble shooting tips that will usually solve any playback issue:
    • Log out of UttaraComputers.com, quit your browser, and then log back in.

    My subscription ended or expired and I want to renew / signup again. Can I use the same profile and will my history still be there?
    Yes you can use the same profile and still have your history. Simply log in and choose a purchase the same course or a new one.
    How do I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
    You can upgrade or downgrade or drop some of your subscription from your account page. If you do downgrade however, you will lose access to the courses immediately, so do not downgrade until you are ready, or are close to your subscription end date.
    How do I cancel my subscription?
    We hate to see you go, but you can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your account page and cancelling your subscription.
    What if I only want one course?
    You can opt for one or more courses depending on your need. The training is so good though, that you might get addicted and opt for more than one course.
    Can I share my subscription at my company or with a colleague?
    No you cannot. Our prices are so low because they are based on a per user subscription and sharing is strictly prohibited. Please see our terms of use for more information. If you have a group that would like to subscribe together, we do offer business plans with multiple licenses.
    Can I log in from more than one computer?
    Your UttaraComputers subscription is for your individual use only, however you can log in from any internet-connected computer.     What type of subscriptions do we offer?
    Each course can be separately bought. The course fees is mentioned when you go ahead to purchase the course. Each course is offered for a limited time. The duration is mentioned in the course details.
